thumbnail_url Page Properties > Data The URL of your thumbnail image.

NOTE: The URL of the image you wish to use as the page’s thumbnail when it gets pulled into a featurette or advert. Also gets pulled in when sharing on social media. Do not use the full URL of the image, however. Your URL will look like this: http://supertheme.sandbox.wvu.edu/files/d/8bb6c9ef-41e9-4528-b6ba-91cda89c597c/27518a0052xx.jpg but you need to omit beginning http://supertheme.sandbox.wvu.edu part, the d/ and whatever is after the trailing slash (including the slash), in this case /27518a0052xx.jpg. So you would paste in /files/8bb6c9ef-41e9-4528-b6ba-91cda89c597c.
Defines thumbnail images when using featurettes.
N/A Editable Region <r:partial name="patterns/wvu-featurettes--anywhere" /> Inserts featurettes into editable region

Do

Don’t

  • Don’t leave the description for each featurette blank. The description should be used to provide the user with context and give them a better idea of what they are about to click on.
